2. Operational Transparency Do we have a clear, shared understanding of the process this AI will impact, the data it uses, and how its decisions are made? Builds trust and enables effective oversight. Without transparency, the AI becomes a "black box," making it impossible to diagnose errors, correct biases, or ensure accountability.
3. Human-Centered Governance Have we designed clear lines of human accountability, oversight, and control for our AI systems? Ensures that humans are always in the loop, with the authority to intervene, override, or decommission an AI system that is not performing as intended.
